Insight Global is seeking a CNC Machinist to join a Pharmaceutical machine manufacturing company located in Branford, CT. This role will play a critical job in supporting the machine shop and... production of complex, custom machines builds. The ideal candidates will produce precision quality parts machining a variety of materials to engineering specification (SS304, 316L, aluminum and a variety of plastics, etc.). Proficiency in setting up, operating, and maintaining ProtoTrak lathes and milling machines to produce precision parts according to technical ISO and ANSI drawings and quality standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:-Ability to set up, troubleshoot, and operate CNC 3-Axis Machines.-Inspect work completed on CNC 3-Axis Machines for conformance to specifications using bench gauging.-Strictly follow Standard Work in all aspects of work including CNC Machine setup and operation, process verification, product inspection, documentation, and material handling.-Perform light preventative maintenance tasks on CNC Machines to maintain machinery performance and prevent machine downtime.-Comply with all company and safety rules and regulations.-Complete testing and adjustment of parts, as needed.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
