nsight Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the build of a brand-new claims tracking system within Salesforce Health Cloud and Data Cloud. You will partner closely with Product... Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring business needs are translated into clear, actionable technical specifications. On a daily basis, you will work within an Agile environment to define user stories, support backlog refinement, and map end-to-end workflows related to claims intake, tracking, and status visibility.You will collaborate heavily across cross-functional teams to define integrations, data mappings, and system dependencies between Salesforce and upstream/downstream platforms.
