The Project Controls Analyst will be responsible for the logging and distribution of all relevant project controls documents to the Project team. This position is pivotal in ensuring that projects... are executed efficiently and effectively, working closely with engineers, customers, and resource allocation teams. The role will also supervise and direct planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities of the project through the application of diversified controls, systems, principles, and practices. The position will also be responsible for leading a team of Data Scientist. Responsibilities include hosting team meetings, conducting continuous improvement activities through training, 1:1s, and individual performance reviews. The role will also be accountable to manage team performance; production and quality and ensuring acceptance criteria are established and met. This position has a starting pay of 35/hr.
