Act as a working general supervisor; perform routine tests and assist with QC and calibration as needed. Supervise and train laboratory personnel; manage scheduling and performance evaluations. Monitor quality assurance, quality control, and proficiency testing. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, OSHA standards, and safety protocols. Manage supply orders and evaluate equipment for technical suitability. Collaborate with nursing and clerical teams to maintain smooth operations. Maintain confidentiality and uphold patient care standards.Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:00p.
