An employer is looking for a Patient Access Representative within a call center environment in the Beverly Hills, CA area. This person will be responsible for handling about 50+ calls per day for... multiple GI offices across Southern California. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phones, triaging patients, providing directions/parking instructions, contacting clinic facility to notify if a patient is running late, scheduling and rescheduling patients' appointments, verifying insurances, and assisting with referrals/follow up care. This position is fully on-site until fully trained and passing multiple assessments (typically around 2-3 months of working - depending on performance) where it will then go remote.
