A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on an IT PMO Leader. The IT investment portfolio ? spanning 30?40 active projects and over 200 concurrent enhancements across every business function ?... is growing in strategic complexity and organizational visibility. The IT PMO must now operate at a higher level: tighter delivery discipline, unimpeachable data quality, stronger executive presence, and a fundamentally AI-enabled operating model. The IT PMO Leader is one of the most critical roles in IT and frequently serves as the face of the IT organization to business partners, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders. This is not a role for someone who manages projects from a distance. It demands someone who engages with conviction, drives accountability gracefully, communicates with executive polish, and is willing to personally take on any project, problem, escalation, or challenge without hesitation. This role leads the IT PMO team directly while simultaneously setting and enforcing delivery standards for IT project managers embedded in other IT functional areas ? governing by influence as much as by authority. This person owns the end-to-end health, visibility, and credibility of the IT investment portfolio.Compensation:$75/hr to $80/hrExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
