A Client of Insight Global's is looking for a Resident Project Representative (Construction Inspector) to work onsite based out of their Chattanooga, TN location. This individual will serve on... different projects as the on-site representative and will be traveling to local project sites to examine the work and ensure the accordance of project drawings and specifications. Projects will either be water/wastewater focused entailing things such as waterline relocations, adding new sewer lines, supporting different utilities, or they can be site/civil focused entailing things like new sidewalks, paving, concrete, etc. This person must maintain daily reports of work and effectively coordinate with the Field Services Manager, onsite superintendents, and other team members.
