Organize and maintain designated returned product areas to ensure timely and accurate processing of returned product.Issue return labels, RGA, credits and/or replacement products to support effective... recall resolutionReview and respond to internal and external email inquiries related to product recalls within 24 hours of receiptExecute and coordinate assigned steps related to sub-recall notifications in accordance with internal procedures.Maintain complete, accurate, and organized records for each sub-recall to document compliance with established proceduresMaintain current knowledge of and adhere to applicable federal regulations and internal requirements governing product-recalls.Work proactively and collaboratively with Quality Assurance team members and other divisional personnel to support recall execution.Collaborate with vendors to reconcile recalled product returns and resolve discrepancies.Provide directions to Quality Control Personnel to identify, segregate, and secure affected recalled products to ensure that it is not released for sale.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
