The Engineer I will provide hands-on engineering and quality inspection support within Eaton?s Waukesha Lincoln manufacturing facility, focusing on final product testing, incoming material... inspections, and verification of electrical equipment prior to shipment. This role operates in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment and works closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure products meet Eaton?s technical, safety, and documentation standards.The position is 100% onsite and aligned to afternoon/evening production shifts, supporting inspection and release activities during critical manufacturing hours. The Engineer I will apply foundational engineering knowledge, technical literacy, and attention to detail to review assemblies, interpret drawings and schematics, document inspection results, and assist with troubleshooting quality issues.
