Job Summary The Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist (The Specialist) records, verifies, and posts payments received by the organization. Ensures transactions are recorded promptly and... More accurately in accordance with internal accounting policies. Reconciles payments with accounts receivable ledger and prepares reports of delinquent accounts. May be responsible for ad hoc customer billing and responding to customer inquiries regarding invoice disputes. Follow up on delinquent account updates and maintain accurate financial records including accounting, receivable and credit records.
