The Guest Experience application is used by internal and external customers to replicate a user experience that is custom to the Plan Sponsor, without exposing PII data for sales, marketing, and user training purposes. This team will have a total of 5 engineers and 1 Product Owner who work together closely day to day. All engineering teams are encouraged to self-organize and share ownership of defining technical requirements and story writing. You will be part of a team responsible of API creation from discovery through design and development and its production maintenance. Average project is 4-6 weeks and each PM will own 2-3 projects at a time. More complex projects will last 2-3 months.
