1.Light repair and maintenance of building equipment including but not limited to doors, floors, walls, ceilings, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures , roofs, irrigation, locks and keys, etc.2.May... assist and/or perform inspections, conduct periodic general preventive maintenance, or operate building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire life safety systems. 3.Fill out daily equipment logs as directed and perform visual inspections of all building mechanical and life safety equipment to ensure normal operation.4.Respond to, prioritize and complete assigned work orders via the Workspeed work order tracking system.5.Respond immediately and effectively to ensure building occupant safety in all emergency situations including fire, evacuations and equipment failure.6.Daily coordination and communications with Property Manager and/or Lead Building Engineer regarding maintenance issues, work orders, budgets and tenant relationships.7.Coordinate and communicate with building staff as necessary.
