This is a full-time, permanent role with competitive salary, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.In this role, this development team will play a pivotal role in integration AI technology into a massive RCM platform. The engineers and scientists are responsible for building AI and Machine learning models and pipelines, with a focus on agentic and generative AI, LLMs and predictive modelling. The Data Scientists will create and build machine learning models and solutions, often creating models from scratch. The AI Engineer will also work closely with data scientists and product leads to implement those ML/AI models, and build required data and code pipelines through rigorous engineering disciplines.To be successful in this role, it's imperative for candidates to have prior experience at a healthtech company (ideally working with RCM software) or company with large systems and data sets, and have an excellent grasp on deep learning, regression, classification, and clustering algorithms.This role is remote, but requires domestic travel for in-person collaboration. The location of these collaboration events is the most-centralized city based on where each teammember lives. Key responsibilities include:Collaborate with Business Partners, data scientists, IT teams, and Model Governance team to complete end-to-end implementation.Create, test, and fine-tune machine learning models.In-depth knowledge of machine learning data structures and modeling, software architecture, libraries, and frameworks.Strong knowledge of machine learning packages and frameworks.Data preparation and analysis skills to work with large datasets, preprocess them, and extract features.Knowledge of data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms.Compare model outputs using statistical validation techniques.Build pipelines with Airflow, implement MLOps best practices, optimize, and deploy various ML models and solutions.Monitor model performance and document results.Experience with multi-threading and parallelization to improve compute efficiency.Summary:Daily responsibilities include:Utilize grid space to retain transcripts, enabling keyword search and advanced data retrieval functionalities.Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data and processes.Develop saturated language-native queries and build sift SQL based on typing in keywords for enhanced search capabilities.Create SQL queries outside of the grid space and seamlessly integrate them into our existing systems.Work with sentence transformers to help review the standard quality on calls from the call centers.Employ sift technology to enhance our data processing capabilities.Code and implement solutions primarily in Python, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
