The candidates will be responsible for building and delivering on end-to-end User Experience (UX) Design across Digital Channel portfolios within an Agile team. This role will be supported by someone who can produce really strong rationale and execute detailed explorations in structured ways. On a day to day basis candidates will take a brief from Product Partners, and run an audit of the competitive landscape to find the variables within design the team should work with and then be able to explore design iterations for certain scenarios that fit the Search track of work. Candidates must have a UX Design Foundation, understanding and consistently applying core UX principles such as usability heuristics, information architecture, accessibility, to create intuitive and effective user flows. There is complexity across multiple different consumer facing touchpoints. Candidates will be designing for all digital platforms, work in agile environments to communicate and collaborate. Collaborating and incorporating feedback is a must for this role.
