The BA will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, helping stand up scalable processes for AMI-related initiatives.Day-to-Day Responsibilities? Lead requirements gathering across: ? Business? Functional? Technical? Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to extract requirements and drive alignment? Interface with cross-functional stakeholders (business, OT, IT, leadership)? Create and deliver presentations / requirement artifacts? Translate business needs into technical requirements for engineering teams? Support early-stage solutioning and process definition? Engage SMEs to extract critical knowledge efficiently? Assist in future testing \u0026 validation efforts (lab environment for AMI solutions)? Help define initial program structure, documentation, and workflowsExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
