More responsibilities include:- Develop and implement strategic plan for the Maintenance department.- Provide guidance to Maintenance Planner to plan, organize, and direct through plant maintenance group, all aspects of the plant maintenance function. - Manage the Apprenticeship program for the site and working with the State Department of Labor for execution of the program.- Understand and support the FMC Mechanical Integrity Program- Identify and lead technical projects, new product plans, and process reliability improvements, ensuring appropriate tools, equipment and necessary technical expertise are available. Recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.- Manage site capital budget.
