Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership?Shape and execute the IT vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with the business and corporate group objectives.?Advise senior management on emerging technologies (AI, ML, automation, cloud) and digital trends relevant to company goals.?Drive digital transformation initiatives, including generative AI, low-code/no-code platforms, and advanced analytics.?Lead IT teams and business partners in executing strategic initiatives and overseeing IT operations for reliable, scalable, and secure systems.?Sponsor and lead change programs, including cloud migration, legacy modernization, and digital customer experience enhancements.?Formulate IT policies, procedures, and performance management processes.Operational Excellence?Oversee the IT Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring clear communication and accountability for strategic initiatives.?Champion agile practices, leading Scrum and cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned value with speed, transparency, and quality.?Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics for IT effectiveness, service delivery, and business impact.?Prepare and manage IT operational budgets, optimizing for value and efficiency.?Partner across the organization for positive information security and resiliency outcomes.?Promote transparency, collaboration, and accountability across IT.Change Management & Innovation?Oversee vendor and managed service agreements, ensuring optimal performance and financial return.?Sponsor and lead major change programs, mobilizing teams through uncertainty.Governance, Compliance & Risk?Ensure compliance with all internal and external policies, including HIPAA, data privacy, and cybersecurity requirements.?Enhance the organization?s security posture, delivering risk-based, actionable reporting.People & Culture Leadership?Facilitate communications across IT groups, users, and customer communities.?Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing IT team with the skills to advance the business mission.?Build strong relationships with the business groups and leaders, acting as a trusted advisor.?Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
