Role OverviewA hands-on professional responsible for maintaining building structures, mechanical systems, and process equipment across two facilities. This role also involves coordinating external vendors and liaising with landlords for shared services. Key Responsibilities Facility & Regulatory SystemsAct as point of contact for external service providers (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, air compressors, dust collectors, emergency suppression systems).Manage vendors for maintenance, inspections, repairs, and regulatory compliance.
