An Aerospace customer of Insight Global is in need of a Materials Supervisor. The Material Supervisor is a hands-on, frontline leadership role responsible for the day-to-day execution of material... flow across the site. This position provides direct oversight of union-represented material handlers and ensures the efficient movement of materials through receiving storage, point-of-use delivery, and shipping to support production requirements.This role is highly tactical and floor-focused, requiring strong leadership presence, accountability, and the ability to quickly resolve issues impacting operations. In parallel, the supervisor will play a key role in developing and improving standard work, driving process consistency, and supporting short- and long-term material management initiatives.Compensation Range: 35/hr to $45/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
