degree in Engineering, Environmental Health \u0026 Safety, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)?10-15+ years of combined experience in EHS, workplace operations, and/or corporate real estate?Strong knowledge of EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, Cal/OSHA) and safety management systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 preferred)?Experience managing corporate real estate portfolios and lease agreements?Proven track record managing vendors, facilities operations, and workplace services?Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost analysis, and procurement processes?Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, PowerPoint.
