Insight Global is seeking a DBA to support a client out of Columbia, SC. The DBA will also supplement the current SQL dba force with production support activities such as ad hoc daily tickets,... version updates, security updates, etc.The candidate will be working in a team environment consisting of database engineers and administrators and working directly with application architect, application developers, business analysts, and server support team. Responsibilities:Create and update data models and documentation using ErwinPerforming reverse and forward engineering of database structures.Providing best practices for data modeling, metadata management, and documentation.Designing, developing, and maintaining logical and physical data models using Erwin Data Modeler.Ensuring database designs support scalability, integrity, and performance requirements.Identify data integrity and consistency issues.
