The Welders will play a crucial role in the welding of components for use in industrial pump and compressor systems, which are custom engineered and built for oil and gas, chemical, hydrogen energy, and other growing industries. All prints will come from the in house engineering team. TIG welding will be done primarily on 1.5\" diameter schedule 160 or 80 piping, and can go up to 8\" diameter Schedule 160 full penetration welds on Stainless Steel and high nickel metals such as Inconel. Other responsibilities include Pipe/Tube bending and fabrication, tack welding, and Candidates will need to be able to work independently, and have the ability to learn and apply new information. Experience working with Pumps, Compressors, or valves is heavily preferred. Both 1st and 2nd shift will start off on 1st shift (6:00AM 2:30PM). Once up to speed they 2nd shift will move to (2:00PM 10:30PM) and the 1st shift will stay the same. The position has room for advancement within the company. Salaries are based on weld test results (TIG welds on 1\" schedule 40 pipe - option for 1G on positioner or 6G on bench). There is optional OT on weekends and holidays as you choose, but not required. Employees are eligible for health and dental benefits on day one, and will also be able to take advantage of a 401K with 60% match up to 6% and tuition reimbursement for continued education. A client of Insight Global that is leader in the activated carbon industry located in Moon Township, PA is expanding their team and looking to hire on a Principal Project Manager with a background... leading Capital Projects including from an EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) perspective. This Principal Project Manager will lead one or more major capital improvement projects with a combined portfolio of up to $40 million. The Principal Project Manager has accountability for all aspects of projects beginning with scope definition and justification, and extending through design, construction, and start-up. Project responsibilities include planning and control of scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Additionally, this individual will ensure all projects satisfy financial reporting requirements. The Principal Project Manager may also direct Project Engineers and/or subcontractors as part of a team for a specific large project Duties & Responsibilities Include:Generate project scope and justification.Develop execution plans using internal and external resources.Lead the team in creating technical and equipment specifications.Maintain and control project schedules and budgets.Coordinate with stakeholders to implement best practices.Oversee construction activities and manage subcontractors.Establish and maintain project documentation.Complete the project close-out process.Ensure compliance with environmental and government regulations.Communicate effectively with Manufacturing, Leadership, and Procurement teams.Adhere to company policies and safety programs.Track project costs using SAP Project Systems.Provide status, cost, and financial reports throughout the project.Identify and assess asset value upon project completion.Ensure a fair procurement process and approve payments.Prepare bid documents for subcontracted work.Monitor supplier compliance with specifications and schedules.Domestic travel: (1 week onsite at Project with all travel covered.
