The firm is looking to hire a MDM Architect & Data Modeler to join their team building this greenfield data lake responsible designing and implementing the enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) architecture. The MDM Architect?s primary responsibility will be to ensure the architecture has a seamless integration with the Lakehouse platform, APIs, and workflows. Build canonical models for master entities, define hierarchies, relationships, and attributes, and manage the MDM tool for optimal performance and compliance with enterprise standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMDM Architecture Design -Develop scalable MDM architecture integrated with Lakehouse and enterprise systems.-Define API strategies and workflow orchestration for data mastering processes.-Knowledge of Lakehouse architectures and integration patterns.Data Modeling -Create canonical models for master entities (e.g., customer, product, supplier).-Define hierarchies, attributes, and relationships for MDM domains.Tool Management -Configure, upgrade, and optimize MDM tools (Ataccama or Informatica).-Monitor performance and ensure high availability and compliance.Governance & Standards -Align MDM architecture with enterprise security, compliance, and governance policies.-Implement data quality and stewardship processes.Collaboration -Work closely with Data Architects (e.g., Silver Data Vault layer) and engineering teams to ensure consistency across data platforms.Compensation:$60/hr to $73/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. In addition to providing excellent banking experiences for their customers, the bank also very involved in the community through charitable giving and philanthropy to give back to low/moderate income and underserved communities. They will be helping with their APM tool (application portfolio management) called Mega where theycreate and maintain all data of applications that bank has across enterprise. They will be responsible for following a process end to end to ensure proper set up and information for each model within the tool-- they have many models: 1 creation of new records 2nd commissioning records 3 application attestations 4 support 5 BAU with users 6 daily audits of tool 7 business owners 8 IT owners etc. They will need to make sure is there is an issue they can do root cause analysis and reach out the appropriate stakeholders to gather information that is needed and follow up until all information is given and see it through resolutions. Sometimes they may need to press stakeholders for further details if they don?t have the full picture, so someone who is detail oriented. This candidate must have strong Excel skills and analytical skills.
