This individual will oversee the end-to-end loan... remittance and reconciliation process for residential mortgage portfolios while driving process improvement and departmental growth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational controls experience and a proven ability to leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual bottlenecks.This role includes leading and mentoring the operations team to ensure accurate, timely deliverables, overseeing complex servicer remittance reviews and reconciliations, and implementing AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows. The Senior Manager will collaborate on developing standardized operating procedures, partner with senior leadership and external servicers to resolve operational matters, and serve as a key liaison to vendors and head office.Additionally, the position oversees deal expense allocations, ensures Workday Financial records are accurate, and delivers clear, actionable reporting.
