Effectively document work performed following required documentation practices. ? Enter all equipment events into CMMS and complete all required equipment forms. Assist in compiling and closeout documentation for corrective and preventive maintenance work orders. ? Escort and supervise contractors through facility for routine inspections or repairs, ensuring the completion of activities per procedure or agreements. ? Identify and order spare or replacement parts for equipment utilizing inventory management systems. ? Assist with the moving and installation of major laboratory equipment when needed. ? Recommend facility improvements to meet OSHA safety, ISPE, or FDA guidelines. ? Attend training seminars and courses as required. ? Learn and adhere to Pfizer?s standards, guidelines, and values. ? Develop skills in team effectiveness and communication, contributing to team goals. ? Manage personal time and professional development, being accountable for results. ?
