As a Senior Manager for Manufacturing IT Systems, you will lead the digital manufacturing transformation across 40 food manufacturing plants by designing roadmaps, implementing solutions, and... managing operations. You will own the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) service, ensuring technology solutions effectively support manufacturing processes across IT and OT domains. Your role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and other IT service owners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, evaluating emerging technologies, and developing comprehensive architecture plans that prioritize integration, performance, security, and analytics. You will provide technical leadership throughout solution lifecycles, guiding teams on best practices and driving innovation through advanced technologies like AI, machine learning, and digital twins.
