Insight Global is looking for a Cloud Cybersecurity Engineer for one of their largest Financial Services clients in Arlington, Texas. This individual will be reporting into the AVP and joining a local team of 9 individuals. This team is currently working in Azure and looking to migrate to AWS to be in a multi-cloud environment. As a cybersecurity engineer, you will design, install and support a variety of security technologies including DLP, HIPS, SIEM, Endpoint Security and more.
You will proactively identify and implement technologies to secure enterprise information assets, using threat intelligence feeds and incident response data to deploy custom rules and policies. Additionally, you will collaborate with cybersecurity management to develop project plans, participate in risk assessments and emergency response activities, prepare technical documents, and evaluate security tools to enhance network and host systems.
-4 Days a week onsite in Arlington, TX

5+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience (within data loss prevention, cybersecurity or network operations)
5+ years of cloud security experience - AWS preferred (AWS Cloud Watch, AWS Event Bridge, AWS Config, Azure Event Hub, NGFQ, WAF, CSPM)
Experience working in a regulated environment (Financial services / Insurance etc.)
CISSP Certification (any cloud based certifications)
Azure or GCP experience
DevSecOps (CSPM, Container Security, Terraform) experience
