Insight Global is looking for a Process Design Analyst to join one of our largest Financial clients in either Addison TX, Chicago IL or Denver CO. The on-site requirement for this role is 5 days a week (Monday - Friday). As a Process Analyst you will review process, control and metric details for data quality, document current state routines and develop user guides. You will be partnering with Global Information Security (GIS) cyber control team to design processes, controls, metrics and routines to improve the firms defenses against information/cyber security risks.
Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Deal with and understand the governance of process inventory
- Manage inventory for GIS while adhering to industry standards, and monitor the data quality
- Partner with Partner Owners, Delegates, and Control Owners
- Understand and follow the process workflow

- 5+ years within the Financial or Banking industry
- Strong process design, process workflow, or data processing experience
- Experience working with process mapping tools such as ARIS or Visio or any BPM tool
- Understanding of policy governance and/or regulatory processes
- Ability to monitor data quality and access inventory as needed
