Job Description
• Serve as a Director-level Tech Lead, overseeing architecture, solution design, and technical delivery across two engineering teams (6–7 members each)
• Act as the application owner, managing end-to-end lifecycle and ensuring alignment with business goals
• Provide technical leadership in modernizing applications using Java, Python, React, and Microsoft Fabric
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scalable solutions and manage project budgets
• Drive innovation and best practices in cloud architecture, DevOps, and agile methodologies

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Director-level engineer in enterprise-scale modernization projects
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Python, and React
• AWS cloud native solution development
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Fabric and its integration within enterprise ecosystems
• Demonstrated success in architecting solutions, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams
• People Leadership Experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with agentic frameworks and AI driven development tools is a major plus [Claude Code, GitHub Copilot etc]
