Job Description

Insight Global is seeking two Sr. Managers of Production Engineering in the Wichita, KS area. These leaders will drive integrated design and implementation of production systems. They will create and optimize factory flow, review current systems, programs, and bill processes, and lead automation initiatives and digital tool integration. The managers will reduce human error through mistake-proofing and ensure quality compliance for aircraft production. They will be responsible for managing first-level managers and individual contributors. These managers will start as soon as possible.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in mechanical / industrial engineering or related field
5+ years of experience leading a cross-functional team in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of experience using problem-solving skills and analytical abilities to develop innovative and expedient solutions to manufacturing problems
5+ years of proven ability to communicate effectively, act decisively, and demonstrate innovation and resourcefulness
Understanding and use of standard computing software (Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience working in a production environment
8+ years of experience leading teams
Extensive experience with build plan development and deployment
