Job Description
An employer is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to sit remote. You will primarily be responsible for aiding the client with the implementation, optimization, enhancement, and support of their Customer Service Management and Field Service Management ServiceNow module. The client has recently completed a partial implementation but is needing to optimize the current environment and complete the full implementation. You will be responsible for building and customizing the application including scripting, coding, and integrations to automate workflows and meet specific business needs. Tasks will include:
• Configuring the platform to meet specific user requirements, including forms, scripts, and user interfaces.
• Build integrations between ServiceNow and Enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and Integration Hub
• Automate business processes using scripting and tools like Flow Designer
• Manage user access, roles, groups, and Access Control Lists (ACLs); configure the Configuration Management Database (CMDB); and deploy updates and new releases using Update Sets
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Analyze system performance issues, perform root cause analysis, debug scripts, and provide technical support to end-users and administrators
• Create and maintain technical documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions
• Conduct unit testing and support QA & UAT to ensure quality.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years experience in ServiceNow development
Well versed in Customer Service Management and Field Service Management
Experience implementing CSM/ FSM
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, HTML, CSS, and APIS/ web services
Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML and AJAX
Experience with relational databases and SQL concepts
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and Agile development methodologies
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist in CSM/ FSM
HRSD experience
