The responsibility of Workflow Architecture entails devising modular and adaptable workflows that facilitate the smooth incorporation of analytical components and algorithms. For Pipeline Implementation, you will convert scientific needs into tangible solutions by developing data processing pipelines utilizing Python and workflow management tools. Quality Assurance requires you to work in tandem with colleagues to authenticate pipelines, ensuring their reproducibility and the veracity of outcomes. Lastly, Documentation involves chronicling the development processes, encompassing code, data flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures, all while adhering to the best practices of software development and DataOps.
