Provide direction on mechanical issues with existing equipment and support Facilities Maintenance in related activities? Maintain and update existing mechanical specifications? Oversee safety on active projects? Provide communication and updates on active and pending projects This role is going to require a high level of multi-tasking and this person will be navigating a large workload of up to 20+ active jobs/projects ranging from small & quick turn around to large long-term projects. The schedule of this role is Monday ?
