The executive assistant will be joining the firm?s NYC office and will be responsible for... the administrative and organizational management of various tasks assigned by the Managing Partner of the firm. The executive assistant is required to have experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, in addition to being exceedingly well organized and maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Responsibilities:?Manage and maintain the Managing Partner?s calendar, making sure he is well informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities, and events and following up appropriately ?Organize and coordinate all personal and business-related travel arrangements for the Managing Partner (air travel, car travel, hotel accommodations, etc.) while utilizing the appropriate travel memberships and accrued benefits effectively ?Coordinate Managing Partner?s work from home arrangements to ensure proper delivery of various high-priority items (i.e. business documents, etc)?Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks ?Handle matters expeditiously and proactively, follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures ?Managing select attorneys? calendars and coordinate with firm?s receptionists to schedule conference rooms and order food for in-house meetings?Enter time in firm?s time and billing system, process outgoing mail, prepare by-hand packages, and prepare expense reimbursement sheets for select attorneys?Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls from the Managing Partner, with contact outside normal business hours as needed ?Complete ad hoc projects as assigned by the Managing Partner such as assistance with coordinating personal events and/or family needsThis is a full-time position, onsite 3 days a week onsite in New York, NY.Compensation:$85,000 to $100,000 per year annual salary. Insight Global is assisting a legal marketing client of ours in identifying a Legal Case manager for a net new opening they have. The position is part of the Case Management department working on all... phases of injury claims. This is a full-time, permanent position. Duties and Responsibilities: ?Conduct interviews and follow-ups with claimants or their representative who are victims of defective drugs or devices, environmental contamination, or have a general personal injury claim?Conducts pre-litigation investigations, aspects of discovery work, reviewing records, drafting correspondence, analytical work, and updates, follows and guides claimant through the pre-litigation process?Coordinating and following up on the retrieval of claimant?s records. ?Review medical records, annotating records following our robust bookmarking procedures?Point of contact for your claimants, providing updates to their claim?Interprets and disseminates information concerning claims and casework to supervisors?Undertake a variety of administrative duties such as scheduling claimant appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining up-to-date case notesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
