Managing the potential new client through the entire workflow from first call to assignment and/or decline. Managing and responding to various lead sources simultaneously. Conducting phone and occasional in-person interviews of potential new clients to understand their story, and document accurately the details of the potential matter. Accurately recording information received from potential new clients in the database. Assuring client confidentiality. Maintain a working knowledge of outside referral sources.
