He or she will lead UX architecture initiatives and define comprehensive user workflows, collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and vendors on integration projects, create and maintain design documentation, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, partner with external vendors to ensure seamless integration of UX components, manage project timelines and deliverables while balancing multiple design initiatives and present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and executive leadership. This is a senior level role with the ideal candidate coming from a start-up background or experience working in e-commerce and a portfolio of work is required.
