This person should have experience applying the necessary adult learning models for all modalities of training content (WBT, ILT, SIMS, DEMO,VILT, Job-Aids ect..), work well with cross functional teams, interface easily with vendor teams, be learner focused and able to easily design complex product knowledge into an engaging learning experience. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys risk taking in their designs.
