This project is for a customer relationship management capability used directly by hotel level (property level) staff to recognize, personalize, and serve guests while they are physically on site?before arrival, during the stay, and at checkout. Unlike a central or corporate CRM (used by marketing, loyalty, or sales teams), on property CRM is designed for front line hotel colleagues and day of stay operations. This term is used internally in the context of guest personalization and colleague facing tools. For this use case, there is a lot of unstructured information where people are entering free form text into different sources. All of that data ends up in snowflake tables, so we need this data engineer to take the unstructured data and turn it into structured usable data.
