We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented candidate, excited to help us organize, coordinate, and manage various projects associated with technology initiatives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mainly Operations, Point of Sale vendors, technology vendors, and technical experts to drive successful implementation and installation of technical equipment.Oversee development, execution, and delivery of technology (hardware and software) to existing restaurants.Work closely with our technology partners to ensure flawless execution of site surveys.Execute weekly calls to ensure project status is on track and escalate critical issues that may impact project completion.Maintain up-to-date trackers of all restaurant status and ensure communications are being sent in a timely manner to all affected stakeholders.Provide first level escalation support of site readiness and POS conversion work, specifically during late hours (overnight support required).We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
