You?ll work within an innovation team alongside a UX Designer and UX Strategist, collaborating with global UX researchers across China, India, the Netherlands, the UK, and the US. This role involves partnering with two squads, engaging stakeholders, devising research strategies, and conducting studies within sprint cycles. You?ll apply advanced research methodologies?including large-scale text analysis, text mining, sentiment analysis, clustering, and natural language processing?within the context of nursing education and assessments. Responsibilities include synthesizing actionable insights, supporting evaluative research, and contributing to product development through collaboration with product leaders, designers, strategists, and engineering leads.
