This individual should have very strong experience gathering technical requirements, writing technical documentation, gathering requirements for card origination and servicing, define integration workflows with onboarding partners and many other groups, support SDLC compliance and API/webook specifications, and collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and various groups across the organization to deliver the consumer card platform. This involves everything from card origination, the card decisioning process, card distribution or dispersion, servicing and operations workflow, online statements, fraud management, and the overall backend data analytics.
