Create, manage, and resolve Remedy Incident Tickets in coordination with customers to troubleshoot and restore network communications.? Perform network, system, and cloud monitoring, environmental surveillance, incident management, and MDA cybersecurity operations.? Execute service maintenance activities, including Change Management coordination during assigned night shifts.? Lead IT incident management and escalation, ensuring timely resolution with clear communication of status, plans, and actions to executive leadership and Government customers.? Administer Linux and Windows environments, including troubleshooting, break/fix support, server patching and remediation, and system audit log reviews.?
