This leadership role ensures that silicone molding operations meet high standards of precision, reliability, and efficiency, aligning with customer and regulatory requirements.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:?Tooling & Equipment:oCollaborate with toolmakers and vendors to design and procure high-precision silicone molds.oOversee the commissioning and maintenance of molding machines and auxiliary equipment.?Technical Leadership:oOversee the design, development, and optimization of LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) and HCR (High Consistency Rubber) injection molding processes.oLead technical teams in troubleshooting process issues, improving cycle times, and enhancing product quality.oServe as the technical authority for silicone molding and provide guidance on material selection and tooling design.?Process Development:oDevelop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for molding processes.oConduct DOE (Design of Experiments) and statistical analysis to validate new tools and materials.oImplement automation and advanced manufacturing techniques where applicable.?Quality & Compliance:oEnsure molded products meet or exceed regulatory and customer specifications.oWork closely with QA/RA teams on validation protocols, CAPAs, and root cause analyses.oSupport ISO, FDA (if medical devices), and other regulatory audits.?Cross-Functional Collaboration:oInterface with R&D, Sales, and Production teams to align project goals and deliverables.oPartner with supply chain and procurement to qualify new materials and vendors.?Team Management:oLead, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers, tooling experts, and technicians.oDrive continuous improvement culture and support professional development.________________________________________We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
