This candidate will support medical management through end-to-end referral coordination, ensuring timely authorizations, accurate data entry, and... clear communication with patients and clinical staff. Coordinate and process all patient referrals for specialty services? Obtain and verify authorizations per protocol? Communicate with patients regarding scheduling and pre-admission testing? Enter referrals, authorizations, and related data into systems accurately? Receive consultant reports, maintain documentation, and route to physicians? Track outstanding referral reports and perform timely follow-ups? Maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA standards?
