Insight Global is looking to hire an Order Management/Return Analyst to support one of its major consumer electronics clients. This role is responsible for analyzing and resolving order and return... discrepancies by coordinating across multiple internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day work includes investigating return mismatches (e.g., quantity discrepancies or unauthorized returns), communicating with points of contact to gather supporting data, and identifying root causes of physical inventory issues. The analyst will also manage outbound order maintenance, respond to customer requests in a timely manner, and process return requests.
