The ideal candidate for this role can vary in years of experience but must be able to think systemically about computer science instead of just being able to code. For example, there are a hundred ways to cut code, but these candidates must understand what the trade-offs are of doing it each way and be able to explain why they would decide which way they chose to cut it. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset who is able to reflect on their prior work and think of what they would do differently next time to improve it. Insight Global is sourcing for an AI/LLM Engineer to sit remotely in India, joining a global consulting firm. This position will support various Digital Products Teams in the AI Center of Excellence,... to support building key prioritized Generative AI solutions for achieving functional AI/Gen AI vision. As the AI/LLM Engineer you are expected to have expertise in in Gen AI development (Multi agentic architecture, Agents orchestration, RAG, LLM evaluations, APIs development etc.). Excellent communication skills and professionalism are a must, as you will work cross functionally, collaborating with executives. This position is 100% remote but must sit in India working 11:00-7:00 PM IST.Pay-rate: $15-20/hour USD.
