This role will contribute to PM'ing contract process through completion (not negotiating deals but instead help desk tickets), process documentation and organization (storing things, saving things,... updating process documentation, etc.), starting template drafts of SOWs, etc. to lay the foundation so managers can work through it more quickly. Potentially taking some standard deals, like amendments with small change no dollar value (no negations) but it would be one that is no partner facing, internal support.Performs a variety of complex administrative projects, with an emphasis on contracts administration for a department or a division, primarily related to a structured business process. Complete special projects as assigned.
