Responsibilities include: - Perform and interpret FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) analysis for material identification and contamination analysis. - Operate SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) for surface morphology and failure investigations (basic EDX knowledge is an advantage). - Conduct Flowers of Sulphur Test for corrosion and sulphur contamination detection. - Support failure analysis and root cause investigations related to materials, contamination, corrosion, or chemical degradation. - Prepare test reports, observations, and conclusions with clear technical justifications. - Ensure compliance with lab safety, chemical handling, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Maintain lab equipment, test setups, and calibration records. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FA, Quality, Manufacturing, Reliability) to support investigations. - Document test methods, results, and corrective action inputs as required.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
