Satisfies customer needs and expectations of the lease?s Performance Contract through a consultative partnering approach regarding customer energy and operational issues.?Designs and configures complex software building control systems as defined by the contract documents. Creates flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required?Configures and programs HVAC building automation and control systems (Direct Digital Controls) and creates controller sequence of operations. ?Develops and tests software programs necessary to operate the system per project requirements and specifications. ?Commissions and troubleshoots building control system to ensure proper operation of the building control system.?Assists in the loading and commissioning of all system and network-level controllers as required. Assists in validation of complete system functionality and troubleshoots problems with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper operation.?Supports the customer with performing pre-design site survey, designing control system shop drawing submittals, and generating product literature submittals.?Coordinate drawings and equipment schedules for submittal packages that communicate design and operation to customers, consultants, field installation team and subcontractors.?Provides field change information to the project team for as-built drawings (typically in Visio/CAD) and software.?Keeps management and customer informed of job statuses and issues.?Assists in performing site-specific training for owner/operator on the total building control system.?Participates in release meeting with project field team. Performs value engineering to provide cost effective results while maintaining customer satisfaction.?Adheres to all safety standards.
