This role involves identifying areas... for improvement in existing systems, testing and evaluating new programs, and collaborating with business partners and leading the technical teams to deliver robust solutions.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & DevelopmentManage evaluation, identification, development, and implementation of software solutions.Define, document, and record designs and modifications of applications or software.Design real-time and batch system interfaces and data enrichment pipelines in a cloud-native data ecosystem.Guide all phases of SDLC and provide technical support balancing business and technical needs.Lead and mentor junior developers in the teamWork with IT leadership and business partners to design features for the cloud platform.Performance & OptimizationCreate/review database views in Data Lake.Optimize database views and queries for performance.Schedule and orchestrate data refresh in workspaces.Design DI/DQ rules in BRD and validate against views and reports.Security & GovernanceReview and implement proper RLS security.Create and manage AD groups within work files.Deployment & SupportSet up and manage deployment pipelines.Provide development support, mentoring, and guidance to developers.Create, review, and update report templates.Deliver post-production and pre-AMS support.Lead AMS knowledge transfer for operational support.TroubleshootingResolve production issues across all levels and severities, ensuring best practices are followed.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
